CONDITIONS OF HIRE:

1. terms of hire are strictly cash; or company cheque; on production of acceptable ID
2. Costumes must be hired by persons over 18 years
3. Costumes must be returned within 2 weeks of party date.
4. No refund once costume leaves the shop, even if not used.
5. DO NOT WASH or DRYCLEAN due to variety of fabrics involved. Cleaning is included in the fee.
6. Returns that are excessively soiled or damaged will result in appropriate fees being deducted from the bond.
7. A BOND will be held for each costume hired.
8. The bond does not necessarily reflect the true value of the costume.
9. Non return of costumes within 2 weeks of party date will result in forfeiture of the bond and proceedings to recover the replacement value at current rates of each article or component of a costume.
10. Note: costume materials are not necesssarily for normal wear and may be flammable; keep away from fire.
11. Costume Magic cannot be held responsible for any accidents while wearing costumes.
